Forest Service Administrative Control
Owned - A facility for which the United States holds clear and unencumbered title, and for which the Forest Service has been delegated adminstrative authority to manage and operate.
Leased - A contract which conveys privileges to the Forest Service to exclusive occupancy and use of the land or interior building space for a determinate period of time.
