In general, there are four types of Forest Service employees that partners work with directly. They are:
Not all Ranger Districts or Supervisors Offices have individuals assigned to each of these positions. Occasionally, employees possessing these skills may be shared across provinces or Forests. In any case, the local Forest Service office can direct partners to an employee with the required knowledge and skills to provide guidance and support when questions arise during the process of defining a partnership project or collaborative relationship.
