Partner Business Exchange
Partner Exchange members will be responsible for reaching out to their field program managers, staff specialists, external partners and other networks to bring issues forward to the monthly business exchange.
National partner meetings, internal Directors meetings, field and business specialist meetings are also venues where business issues can be discussed and brought forward to the Partner Business Exchange. Issues should be carried thru respective WO Directors.
Issues brought to the exchange should use the following guidelines:
- What is the problem and its root causes (e.g., a new internal policy, new statute, increased compliance, etc).
- What has been done so far to resolve and/or discuss the issue with others?
- What is a “successful outcome?
- How do we best communicate resolution?
